Dr. Cole has treated thousands of women with bioidentical hormones easing menopausal, and perimeopasual symptoms, in addition to PMS. The use of both Estriol and Estradiol in a transdermal gel called Biest is a more natural hormone treatment and appears to be safer.

Men may also need hormone optimization as testosterone levels decline with aging. Growth hormone may be added to a patients program if indicated.
